1、 Glass like injection molding material

This parcate, which has been successfully independently developed by Huaying for three years ®  The main characteristics of PC series materials are high light transmittance, high hardness, high toughness and other excellent performance properties. With the ICM process, the light transmittance can be close to 93%, which can achieve 94% of the light transmission effect of the benchmark glass. The hardness of the product material can reach about 1H. When the product design thickness is more than 0.8mm, it can reach more than 3h-4h with the nano hardened coating. At present, there are mainly dazzling processes such as film gradient, two-color spraying gradient and vacuum plating to achieve 2.5D, 3D colorful effects.

2、 Mobile phone middle frame material

VINTIC ® HPPA series materials are mainly made of high-temperature nylon. Now they are mainly designed for the narrow frame and frameless design scheme of mobile phone equipment. The main characteristics are high flow, high temperature resistance, high rigidity, low warpage, low water absorption and other excellent performance properties.
