"Th" series is glass fiber reinforced flame-retardant high-performance semi aromatic polyamide, free of halogen and red phosphorus, 0.4~3.2mm UL94 V0, low water absorption, excellent processing performance, suitable for precision electronic and electrical components requiring lead-free reflow soldering process.
